Protocol Healthcare has achieved the Gold Seal of Approval™ for health care staffing services certification from The Joint Commission.

Protocol underwent an on-site review of its compliance with national standards that assess how staffing firms determine the qualifications and competency of their staff, how they place their staff, and how they monitor staff's performance.

"Health care organizations that contract with Protocol can look to Joint Commission certification as an assurance that Protocol Healthcare demonstrates a commitment to providing and continuously improving quality services," Michelle Sacco, Executive Director of Health Care Staffing Services Joint Commission

The Joint Commission's certification program, launched in October 2004, offers an independent, comprehensive evaluation of a staffing firm's abilities to provide competent staffing services.

"Certification recognizes Protocol’s dedication to providing healthcare professionals that are qualified to provide safe, high-quality care to residents and patients," says Robert Sparks, President.  "We're proud to receive The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval™."

"This is an important milestone for Protocol as we continue to maintain our goal of delivering a high level of service and performance to the clients and candidates we serve, all of which we are highly dedicated to”, Added Ron Pobuta, Vice President of Operations

So what does this mean to our customers?

Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) Certification from The Joint Commission helps differentiate healthcare staffing companies by ensuring appropriate and proper procedures are in place for credentialing personnel.  The Joint Commission Certificate of Distinction assures customers, staff and other stakeholders that the staffing firm is fully meeting the health care quality and safety needs for which providers are responsible.

The Joint Commission's Health Care Staffing Services (HCSS) Certification Program provides an independent, comprehensive evaluation of a staffing firm's ability to provide qualified and competent staffing services.

·       Demonstrates commitment to a higher standard of service
